BTW, your training in FM will not be accepted in any of the fields you have listed. Therefore, you are not eligible for a PGY-2 position and cannot swap. You would be better off going through the match again this year.

I expect that you realize that you have listed some of the very most competitive residencies in the US at this time (Derm, Plastics, ENT...even general surgery is fairly competitive); the attrition rates in the first 3 are exceedingly low.
