Peds Cardiology - EP vs IC Compensation?

Hi All,

Any idea on the average compensation for Peds Cardiology - EP vs IC? Is it worth to sub-specialize in either of these two post cards fellowship? Any insights on the lifestyle, work hours and other aspects would be helpful



This MGMA 2019 data shows the median for Peds gen cards to range anywhere between $300-400k based on the location

Why not ask your cardiologists at your residency? Or do a cardiology elective?

Don’t worry, there’s no jobs in either subspeciality. At least there weren’t about 10 years ago. I doubt the market has changed much.
