Im going to begin working at a childrens hospital in Pittsburgh, specifically those with cancer, and would be interested in finding out these answers:

Could anyone give me insight on what this type of lifestyle is like?
How is it working with children?, Do you tend to feel "guilt" when one dies?

Any more positives and negatives in contrast would be appreciated.

Yep. At least I do.
Plus I tend to feel guilty when chronic sequalae appear that radiation therapy was responsible for. It's different to have a prostate patient have a bit of proctitis for the rest 10-15 years of his life and to have a kid suffer from dry mouth for the rest of his life, which may very well be 60+ years.

The bright side is that kids don't often die because of cancer.
