In the different types of shock, the various parameters that change are usually tested.

My doubt was in Hypovolemic shock, what happens to the cardiac contractility?
( CO decreases, Preload decreases and SVR increases ; No doubt on these)

Cardiac contractility increases due to sympathetic activity, which is also why SVR increases. The increase in contractility tries to improve the cardiac output, which is diminished due to decreased preload among other factors.

That makes sense. Thank you.
