Pa Outlook

Hey was wondering, does anyone have any future outlook info on PA programs, PA usage particular in the field of geriatrics and different types of PA programs? If possible I would like links, but any direct knowledge you could pass on would be greatly appreciated. Also live in TX, so any info on practicing out here would be nice too.
