Otoscope courses, simulators, and training

Has anyone here used any simulators or formal training programs for using an otoscope that they think are worthwhile? It still the part of pediatrics that I feel most uncomfortable with, and for such a difficult piece of equipment (small, likely obstructed view obtained on a child who is thrashing like a mechanical bull) we don't seem to spend nearly as much time teaching it as we do, for exam, auscultation or suturing skills.
