Ortho Surgeon Job

I'm an Ortho PA working with an Ortho Surgeon here in California. He's looking to find an associate because he has more surgery than he can handle. I was wondering if any of you know where I can post this position for him. Where do you guys look for a position when you're about to finish your residency? Any particular websites?
