Wanted to post this one more time to get input from the OMS applicants so we can assess the virtual interview process and make changes as needed.
It's a short survey, and it's open to OMS applicants, regardless if you matched or not. Feedback would be appreciated.
We are conducting a survey involving program directors and applicants to assess the use of virtual interviews on assessing programs and applicants and the ranking process. We would like to formulate guidelines for programs that reflect applicant concerns.
