Hey all,

I am an ophthalmology residency applicant for the second time; IV season does not sound very positive for me.
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice regarding a pre-residency research year to increase my chances.

The preresidency opportunities at the University of Wisconsin are worth looking into. They have changed over the past two years and now have an expanded opportunity with the Fundus Photo Reading Center, which will generate a lot of additional research opportunities. Dr Heather Potter would be a good contact to reach out to.
