Does 3 semesters of TAing science courses count? I also have **maybe** 50 hours teaching physics to young kids in an underserved community. Aside from that no, unfortunately. I was going to start in June but havent been able to with the pandemic going on

It's teaching and tutoring which most premeds have. More conventional community service is needed, in my opinion.
