So how truthful is Atlantic Bridge claim that Irish med school grads are competitive in seeking the top residency spots in the U.S? They proclaim on their website that "they(Irish med school grads) secure posts at some of the most prestigious institutions in the USA." How accurate is this claim I am wondering....?

Why don't you contact them and find out? ask them if they supply a match list. When you apply, you get a couple statistics. The absolute truthfulness of this I guess none of us knows for sure, but being here, it doesn't seem unreasonable. Most people pass the USMLE step I first time (I can't really think of anyone who doesn't) although I'm not sure what score ranges tend to be. But good enough for some people to match in places like Mayo, etc. It also depends what field people want to go into.

keep in mind that statistics (I think they boast a 100% Match rate or something close) don't take into account those who get placed into a residency outside the Match.
