I guess the best answer depends on what you want to do with a DMD/DDS. If you want to specialize, Lecom is probably not the best choice - you would want a place that either has specialty associated with their school or a place that produces a relatively high number of specialists.

If you just want to become a general dentist, it really doesn't matter where you go to school.

I know some schools pride themselves for their heavy clinical curriculum. Others might struggle to have enough chairs/practice patients within their community to offer to their dental students. - those are some things I looked into when choosing a school.

I apologize - I was looking at a general ranking site on google that probably isn't the most reputable of sources.

Been accepted today!!! Yayyyyy! Now I gotta find a roommate! If anyone is looking for a roommate then please shoot me a line. Anyone know the best rental info websites? Also, any student residences that anyone know? Also, to those who are waiting, please do not lose hope! If you really want it that bad, you WILL get it!

Take what you read on SDN with a grain of salt. I talked with students at BU and they loved it! I think every school has its pros and cons

Curious what the best options are for acquiring the money for the deposit. It's a pretty good sized chunk of change. How did some of you do it if you didn't have the money?

Your parents gotta co-sign. The bank will evaluate your parent's assetts ie property , income and render their decision of how much.

For anyone on the waitlist, what did you guys say when you contacted them?
 
When do we have to pay the next set of tuition? Would it be the first week of school?

there's a student from Romania enrolled in the class of 2021. I saw this in the adea guide to dental school. that's pretty cool since I am from Romania and Im applying to dental schools. If you see this message or someone knows him or her I would love to get in touch because I have so many questions about the application process/dental schools/boston dental school.
A response would be super super super helpful.

I'm 99% sure that means that the class is full. I think that it might still possible for there to be some more movement in the class.

Has anyone else been accepted off the waitlist?
