I used SDN so much for reassurance while studying for the OAT that I knew I wanted to make a post once I took mine. I took the OAT today and studied with a self-paced Kaplan course that came with 7 online practice exams.

Im going to give the scores for the last two practice exams from Kaplan because I think the earlier ones were too early into my studying to be really representative of what I would get on the exam, since I hadn't finished the content yet. I also took the paid ADA exam, but unfortunately, I accidentally skipped the RC section, so I don't have that score and just used a past RC score to calculate my hypothetical TS/ AA.

KAP1/ KAP 2/ ADA/ OAT
Bio 320 / 340 / 360 / 330
GC 340 / 350 / 370 / 360
Orgo 330/ 340 / 400 / 350
Phys 310/ 340/ 330/ 350
RC 320 / 300/ -- / 350
QR 320/ 310/ 370/ 350
TS 330/ 340/ 360/ 350
AA 320/ 330/ 350/ 350

As other users have said, I think that the ADA is a tad bit easier than the actual exam, and Kaplan does score a bit tougher that the OAT. I found the bio section of the OAT to be the hardest compared to the Kaplan course. Everything else was very much in the same ballpark of difficulty for me if not easier. Physics and gen chem especially seemed simpler than my Kaplan exams/ practice questions. That being said, I wouldn't psych yourself out the day of the exam. My rule of thumb would probably be to take the exam when you start getting scores that you are consistently pretty happy with. Good luck everyone!
