OAT scores

I was just wondering what a score of 300 on a section would be relative to a %? Since each section is worth 50 marks, and I saw somewhere that 300 was in the range of the 50th percentile.. does that mean scoring a 300 is equivalent to gettin 25/50?

A percentile is a comparison to all other people that have taken the OAT. A 50th percentile just tells you that you scored as good or better than 50% of all people who have taken the OAT. It doesn't reflect how many you actually missed.
