Took my OAT today:
QR 290
RC 280
BIO 310
GC 360
OC 330
PHY 290
TS 320
AA 310

I am a biology B.S. major with a GPA of 3.91 and science GPA of 3.88
and tons of shadowing, working, and volunteer hours..

Will this be considered competitive for SCCO and MCO?
I am nervous about specific scores on my OAT being lower than 300...

Even though your gpa and overall OAT scores are competitive, the 3 sections under 300 might hurt. Email the admission representatives from each school and find out if you need to retest. Attach a file of your unofficial score reports.

I studied for about 2 months using course saver (chad's videos) for organic chemistry, general chemistry, and physics. I would highly recommend his videos for those subjects.
Also, I used a kaplan book for biology, more physics, and reading. When I studied for the reading, I would take practice tests with kaplan and score 330s usually. I was shocked with my reading score and disappointed. I found the Kaplan tests to be harder than the real OAT which confused me a bit too.
I HIGHLY recommend taking at least a couple practice tests before taking the real thing. Not only to test your abilities, but for you to figure out what your strategy is on test day!

Congrats on the outstanding GPA! I think that and all of your volunteer/ shadowing will definitely look great on your application. I think that you are fine because you have a AA and TS above a 300! Let me know how it goes and if the schools you apply to want you to re- write it! All the best!!

Thank you! No schools I applied to suggested re-writing as of now (Thankfully)
I got offered interviews to NOVA, OSU, and SCCO so far
