Found a great place in the Lower East Side (Grand and Essex)
It's not far from school, 24th & First Ave and the apt is near the First Ave bus which will take you there in about 15 minutes. If you take the First Ave Express Bus with limited stops, it will take you there even faster.
The apartment has 3 nice sized bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, windowed eat-in-kitchen, large dining room and living room. It has 24 hr. doorman, 24 hr. laundry room w/ 20 washers and 20 dryers, 24 hr. gym, private park and 2 public parks which have a running track, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court etc.
