Does anyone know if they offer subsidized housing for transitional residents? If so, details please. Is it still super-expensive? Thanks!

Yes, they do offer housing , but only what is left over after the categoricals get theirs. Certainly, there is not enough for everyone, so I wouldn't count on getting it.

It't generally cheaper than the private market in the area, but by no means is it lost cost.

Oh yeah, there are better transitional residencies in Philly anyway.
