I was just wondering... my dad graduated from medical school in India and there are many other Indian physicians in the United States around his age who immigrated around the same time (1970s).
However, it seems that Indians who are able to get citizenship in the US these days are mainly IT professionals...
In India, is IT now considered the route to take if one wants to come to the United States? I don't really see too many doctors here in the US anymore who were born and raised in India and went to medical school there.
Just wanted to get opinions...
