A hockey puck of area A and mass m sits on a cushion of air (which has a thickness d and viscosity n) The puck is connected to a thread those other end is attached to a vertical small rod, so the puck travels a large circle of radius R. The rod exerts a small torque to maintain a circular motion over time. The puck turns with frequency f (revolutions per unit time). Force due to viscosity is F=nAv/d
If v is the velocity of the puck, what gives the best expression for v?
A. Rf
B. pi-Rf
C. 2pi-Rf
S. pi-(R^2)f

I understand that f=2piR/sec but how is the answer C? Any help is appreciated. My thanks beforehand :)
