USMLE NMBE scores vs USWA are very different, where do I stand?

There is a BIG difference between my NBMEs and UWSAs and my test is in 4 days...Thoughts?

12/22/17 NBME 15-167- pre-dedicated 2/28/18 NBME 16-180- pre-dedicated 3/13/18 NBME 17-182 -beginning of dedicated 4/15/18 NBME 13-205 5/2/18 UWSA1 -241 5/11/18 NBME 19-198 5/22/18 UWSA2 - 239

UWorld first pass percentage correct 62%

My test is on 5/29 and I am really hoping to 1) pass, and 2) be in the 230's (+240 would be amazing). NBME 19 freaked me out a bit even though I know the curve is harsh. Hoping UWSA 2 is more accurate.

Has anyone had such a big difference in their scores?

looks like your in 220s to a 230, I base it off the fact that almost no one scores more than 19 points below uwsa1, and for people who have accurate uwsa1 and uwsa2, their nbmes are usually in the same range, but difference in nbmes between uwsa nbmes means you need to memorize non stop from now till exam, its just a knowledge gap for you now

NBMEs were far more predictive than UW for me. UW overestimated my score by over 20 points.

if you go on the 2018 step 1 experiences page, people post their actual step and practice exam scores, you'll see the trends there, just look at their uwsa1 scores and compare, 2 of my friends uwsa1 exactly over predicted by 19 points, on sdn, its crazy that the 19 point overprediction is consistent, but it only holds true when there is big variation b/w uwsa and nbme, ofcourse you have outliers, but n=1
