Neurology Fellowship opportunities for a Philippine medical school graduate

I would just like to inquire about the possiblities of getting into a fellowship program in neurology there in Australia. I am a Filipino and a graduate of a local medical school. I currently a resident in training in a another university hospital here in the philippines. I currently in the 3rd year of a combined neurology and psychiatry program that is of 4 years duration. I intend to go into fellowship here in stroke and cerebrovascular. After which I would like pursue further training in neurocritical care, interventional/endovascular neurology, or a follow throught with stroke and cerebrovascular. What are my chances of getting into an australian program and what are the requirements that I am to expect? Thanks alot.
