Hello future urologists!
I need some advice.. I m an Italian student interested in urology that wants to match a residency program in te US, i need to know how much is a good score in step 1 and 2.

Speaking about english certification in the Us the TOEFL is considered more importat of the IELTS?

Is usually Urology a very required program?

My works and publications in Europe can help me during the match and interviews?

I'm going to assume if someone cannot communicate properly in a written post - something that he could have presumable run through google translate and gotten a more coherent post than he wrote - then he is not likely to gain entrance to one of the most competitive residencies in the US.

OP - from this small sample, I doubt you have the communcation skills necessary to even pass Step 2 CS, let alone match into a US urology residency program - possibly one of the hardest residencies for even US grads to match into, let alone an FMG.
