Need Abschrift der Noten (d.h. Transcript) from my German Uni

I'm a medical school graduate of Dusseldorf University and a US citizen. Does anyone know who I should contact in order to get a copy of the transcript of my grades, ie Abschrift der Noten. ECFMG certification requires a transcript. I wrote my dean's secretary several weeks ago, but she hasn't written me back--I figured they were happy the American left. So, does anyone know how I can get my transcript? Thanks.
