How do schools usually see multiple scores? Do they hate that? Do they see all score even >3 years old? Does multiple scores lower your chances of getting accepted? Any success stories out there?

They can see expired scores that are older than 3 years too. Sometimes they average them when considering your app. From a prior post, you said you went from a 512 to a 517. I would not worry about that, you improved on an already good score.

All scores are visible.
How they are interpreted is as varied as the individuals reviewing them.

AAMC has historically recommended that schools average scores for the best estimate of test-taking ability. This was based on studies they conducted after being asked what best practices should be. Lately they merely report what schools have said they do with multiple scores.
