MD & DO Most competitive specialties of other countries?

I'll start in my country derm is ALWAYS number 1 followed by plastics then cardiology then either ENT or opthalmology

Generally people go for lifestyle>>>all else here and everyone wants specialties with private work since that is where all the money is at.

Being able to do private work is so important here that all you need is a pulse to do specialties like EM

Back in the day I think pediatrics used to be very competitive in India, and I think derm isnt competitive at all atm but I could be wrong

I heard medical specialties are more competitive than surgical in india especially things like peds where you could go through crazy patient volumes per day and rake in $$$
