Is MILD contraindicated in grade 1 spondylolisthesis?

Thinking of a few elderly patients where ESI have stopped working, failed MBB, failed PT.

no.

Grade 2 spondy or lower. HLF of >2.5 mm. moderate to severe spinal stenosis, neurogenic claudication symptoms.
