Our pharmacy just told us the same thing. Luckily they stockpiled some because of the Ativan and Diazepam shortages. We were asked if we can switch to oral midazolam. We also can't seem to get 22 or 25G quinkes.

At our private office, we can't get Lidocaine in any concentration.

They are supplying hospitals and supply departments owned by hospitals but not private practices.

I suspect this is another dirty tactic to put private practice out of business.
