Microwave and cryo ablation

Hello, I would like to have an expert feedback on microwave and cryo ablation IR techniques for oncology. I believe that cryoablation leads to the generation in the tissue of an ablation zone (0 degree) and a kill zone (-20 degree), is this equivalent in microwave ablation? thank you
