Setting up a realistic study schedule and sticking to it is a good starting point. I started by studying the areas I underperformed on my first oat. I used chads videos, the Kaplan big book and an mcat physics book for extra work.
When I started to feel burned out in any subject I would switch to one of my strong areas.
I studied almost daily for at least an hour and longer on my days off. I studied for about a solid month. I also downloaded Quizlet which allowed me to study on the go.
The other important thing you can do is take full, timed practice tests so you are prepared for the actual test.
