medical student studyin in india-back in states and need help with opthalmology

im a medical student studying in india..im back home in states for a break..and i really dont get opthalmology and i needed help with the subject..but im having trouble finding help for it!! can anybody give me advice on what i should do!! havent found a tutor in my area..even tried kaplan!!
