When are interviews (since some start in October; others in January) and how long after the interview do we hear about decisions (rolling or not)?

So we can all decide when we should panic about not hearing about interviews or cut back on interviews if all is going well. Here's what I've found so far. Please add to it!

Baylor - Oct-Jan interviews; candidate review weekend of March 29; decision weekend after candidate review
Case Western - decision within one month of interview
Emory - Nov-March interviews; decision within one month of interview
Johns Hopkins - Interviews start Sept 20th, decisions mailed Jan 4 & Mar 1
Northwestern - Oct-Jan interviews; decisions rolling, made after each interview week
Stanford - Nov-Feb interviews; MD acceptance first, then MSTP decisions on a 'modified rolling basis'
U Chicago - decisions not rolling
U Colorado - Jan & Feb interviews
U Washington - Jan-Mar interviews; decisions right after interview
UCLA - Oct-Mar interviews; decisions not rolling (but superstars admitted earlier)
UNC - late Jan interviews
UVA - early admissions: Oct-Dec interviews; decisions within 3 weeks of interview; standard: Jan-Mar interviews; decisions in March
Vanderbilt - Nov-Mar interviews; decisions rolling
Wash U - Oct-Jan interviews; decisions within a month of interviews
Yale - Oct-Feb interviews; decisions after March 15

Great Info!!!

Would it be helpful or just confusing to actually list out interview dates?
