I'm a med student and I want to purse a second degree in health sciences/public health. It's a 4-year degree too.
How would this benefit me? Does it open new opportunities for me in the future as a doctor? What are some possible ways to find a position where I can use both of my degrees?
Thanks.

I think getting a public health degree can be advantageous for some doctors. But I would not recommend spending 4 years doing it. There are MPH programs that take just a year and provide a great backbone for public health-related work as a physician.
