Match question

Hello all,

I am looking for some information, and I can't seem to find it...

Let's say I rank several programs and my first ranked program passes on me...

If I am ranked highly by my second program (ie, in the top 6 with 6 positions), do I get that spot, or do they pass me by??

If anyone knows the answers to this, or knows where I can find that information??

Is this really that hard to find?

if the first program fills all its spots then you and anyone else who is waiting on that program will move to your next ranks... in your case, your second rank is waiting on you... so now you match with it.
