LSU email

Did anyone get an email from LSU about letters of recommendations? It looks like it might have been sent out to everyone since it just said "Dear Applicants,"
Here is it what it said:

Dear applicants,
Please note that all letters of recommendation must have been submitted prior to the November 29th deadline; therefore any letters of recommendation received at this time cannot be added to your application folder.
Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.


I didn't submit any extra recommendations so I'm just curious!
