I'm a general dentist that's practiced for several years and am exploring other possibilities in dentistry.

Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on these or other areas to consider?

Sleep Dental Practice (Target Florida or Texas with the right demographic, potentially assisted living facilities if it makes sense, standalone, or renting space from another office)

Aligner Only Practice, Or Aligner + Digitally Driven Veneers (using face scanning and 3d printing for prep guides, mocks, and injectable printed molds for veneers)

Travelling Ortho (Additional training and do mild/moderate ortho as a GP for other GPs inhouse)

I've been struggling as a GP to be happy and want to make a change. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts!

what don’t you like about general dentistry? From the sound of it you would prefer to be an orthodontist. Why don’t you apply to residency?
