Lasers in dentistry

I want to pick your brains for a moment. I am laser certified and practice in a pediatric setting. The only time I use lasers are specifically for soft tissue (lip ties and tongue ties). So I don't have much experience with hard tissue lasers. I'd love to get to know more about hard tissue lasers.

I know they are expensive. Other than that, how has everyone's experience been that uses them to prep teeth? What have their benefits and limitations been? I'm considering adding it to my treatment options.

Are there any CE courses that you recommend to be more familiar with hard tissue lasers?
