The following colleges have guaranteed admissions programs to get accepted to medical. However, please note that they generally have strict requirements to stay in these programs.

-University of Pittsburg

Notes: Not really "guaranteed" since it requires a lot. There is a minimum high school GPA, SAT score, you must maintain a 3.75 undergrad GPA, you must do research, and you need clinical exposure. (http://www.rmc.edu/Academics/PreMed/Guaranteed-Medical-School-Admission.aspx)
Notes: Has three programs; Early Selection at George Washington university, BS/MD joint with Eastern Virginia Medical School, Preferred Applicant Track Agreement
Virginia Commonwealth University. MCAT is waived for all programs, but obviously there are strict GPA requirements. Another point of interest: the joint BS/MD program is non-binding (you are not obligated to attend that medical school).

-Knox College
