None of those programs would be competitive for admission, so I'm not sure why any student would need to guarantee their admission.

It said that some programs offered the chance to take graduate classes in the 4th year of undergrad, so that could be beneficial depending on the course.

Why are they not competitive? They're all accredited, if you actually read the article.

If you applied for these programs after undergrad there is a 90% chance or greater you would be accepted anyway. There is no point to guarantee your acceptance.
