Folks, wondering what the average wait time between passing the boards and being licensed in the state of Califirnia is. I know we have a lot of applicants here in the Golden State so maybe a little data from previous applicants can help us plan our near future.

Spoke with the executive officer of the CA board, and he said that applications are processed in the order they are received. So your best bet is to make sure your application is complete before sending it in. He also said that it's important to do the LiveScan in a timely manner, because that can delay your application from being processed.
