Letters for Prelim/TY year?

I'm applying to DR this year and will have letters from IM, Surg, Rads, and a research mentor. Would it be okay to use these letters (minus the research letter) for prelim IM or TY programs? I'll also have an IM chair letter but that won't be uploaded until Oct 1. I'm kinda panicking right now wondering if I need to get one more IM letter. Thanks all!
