How shady is that PDF file?

I realize it's free, but with all the typos (including switching hyper- to hypo-), grammatical errors, etc., this reflects very poorly on Kaplan. If I were still debating between UW and Kaplan when I saw this, I would go with UW in a heartbeat.

Seriously, was this just outsourced to a third-world country or something?
