General Admissions & OTCAS Issues with OTCAS LOR submissions? 2020-2021

Hey everyone!

One of my evaluators has been having trouble getting their rec letter to submit through OTCAS. My others didn't have any issues and the one having trouble easily submitted the separate Augusta letter. She said that OTCAS said it had gone through on her end but it isn't showing up on my applications. Has anyone else had any issues with system or have any advice of what to do?

If OTCAS can't help you any further, I think you should contact the schools and ask if your recommender can just send them the letter directly to the school. Good luck!
