On the Iowa website it says you can stay in some frat house for 15 dollars a night if you are interviewing there. Does anyone know anything about this frat house? Is it co-ed? What are the sleeping arrangements like? How close to the school is it?

Hey
When I interviewed at Iowa, I stayed with a student host, which worked out really great and is FREE! On their website, there's a form you can fill out to request to stay with a student host. The frat IS coed, but I think there's only certain dates you can stay there. Ask the admissions office, they're VERY friendly and helpful. The school is great, and they make an effort to make you feel as if you're being recruited. PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks! I filled out the form to stay with a student host but I haven't heard back from them on that.
