General Admissions & OTCAS Interview, then what?

Hey everyone! I'm really thrilled that I've received two interviews so far during this cycle! One concern is that I haven't heard back from my number one choice, and they don't interview until December. How long after do schools notify you of their decision following the interview? How long do you have to make a decision? Thanks in advance!

The schools will tell you at the interview and at acceptance. They're all different.
