My only recommendation is to move up your last exam. Taking CK in early August should get you your score before mid Sept. However, any number of problems could ensue -- there could be an unanticipated score delay, your testing center could have a power failure during the exam, Trump could decide that US citizens living outside the US are no longer allowed to cross the border, etc. You've left yourself no margin for error. As an IMG, your best strategy is to have all three exam scores all available right at the beginning of the application season. There's probably minimal difference between having them on Sept 15 or Sept 30, but a delay like that would certainly drive you crazy.
