in service exam for PL1

Does anyone know
1) what book to use for the PL1 in service exam? or how to prepare for it?
2) what is the books to use for the ped board exam at the end of the training?

Mine is next week. I was told not to study for it.

please don't study for it. it's really just an initial guage so that the residency program feels like you are learning something over the three years. I did horribly intern year and did wonderfully the next year, just because the learning curve is so steep. think of it this way, if you do too well the first year, there won't be much room for improvement. many of my classmates did WORSE their second year, which isn't optimal.
