Where would you go?

(for undergraduate/pre-reqs)

Where are the best cities for a strong medical community?

Baltimore seems to have a lot, also DC and Boston area.

If you're willing to move someplace to do your postbac, I suggest that your #1 priority should be to establish residency in a state that has good public medical schools with low tuition. Texas wins, but there are about a dozen other states to consider.

I'd be surprised if any US metropolitan area was actually weak in its medical community.

Best of luck to you.

thx for the ideas, much appreciated
