IDEAS for things to do for Nurses in my Unit for Nusres week May!

I'm the director of a trauma ICU. I need some ideas of innovative/nice things to do in my unit for nurses week. I'm at a city-hospital with not much funds but I'm willing to pay out of pocket for stuff. Any ideas? I mean innovative ideas - not just 'breakfast' kinda thing!
