Midwest - Major academic center. 50/50 ICU/anesthesia - 1 week on, 1 week off, 2 weeks anesthesia. 4 weeks vacation + 2 weeks CME = 19 weeks off/year. Residents/Fellows in ICU. Can mix in some cardiac anesthesia, acute pain management/regional anesthesia if skilled. PM for more info.
