So, I've been reading EK and TPR and have found a discrepancy between the two, one says that Videal>Vactual, and the other says Videal<Vactual, which one is right???

Both are, theyre just looking at it different ways.

EK is talking about a higher volume concerning the molecules themselves, while TPR is referring to the volume of the container. Real gases have a volume of their own, so real gas V > ideal gas volume. On the flip side, since real gases have their own volume, this decreases the volume of the container, so you could also say real gas V (of container) < ideal gas volume (of container).
